A note on apartments and neighbors
Most of the small-apartment games are deliberately low-impact: cushion-based, sock-based, balloon-based. Save the jumping and stomping games for ground-floor units, basements, or community spaces. A 20-minute movement break every hour or so is the magic ratio for keeping the day humming.
